Since each wallpaper is specially printed to order, unfortunately no returns or exchanges are possible.
If you notice a manufacturing defect, please email me at email@example.com, including photos and description of the problem. Your order will be replaced as soon as possible.
PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY
Production time is 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery time in Canada is 1 to 2 business days with UPS or FedEx.
Delivery time in the United States is 2 to 3 business days with UPS or FedEx.
International delivery time is 4 to 7 business days with UPS or FedEx.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the wallpaper. The cost is calculated at the time of ordering.
Please note that taxes and/or duties may be applicable on U.S. and international shipments and are not included in the cost of your order. The payment of taxes and/or duties is handled by the recipient upon receipt.
Unfortunately, packages are sometimes damaged in transit. When you receive your order, please inspect the contents as soon as possible. If the contents are damaged, keep the packaging and email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, making sure to include your order number.
Damaged products will be replaced. Refunds are not available.
